Sea/Land Border Security and Refugees/Arms/Dual-Use Goods Control Course (01-12 Jun 2026)

From 01 to 12 June 2026 MPSOTC conducted the “Sea – Land Borders Security & Refugees/Arms/Dual-Use Goods Control Course”.

During the course, 20 participants from 3 countries had the opportunity to hone their skills on various border security topics at the the tactical level, adding value to their professional backgrounds.

Their training encompassed all aspects of Border Security and Management Issues, including an analysis of the new threat agenda and the modern challenges at the Border Security Domain. Additionally, the curriculum included Human Behavioral Analysis for the detection of potential non – linear threats, FRONTEX perspectives concerning Border Management, and other relative topics or security issues.

Finally, the class visited the Customs office at the Greek northern borders (in Evzonoi), the “MAKEDONIA” International Airport and the Thessaloniki Port Coast Guard Hub, having the opportunity to observe in practice all the topics covered during the course.
